At Yuci Station of Datong-Qinhuangdao railway company, Niu Shiyuan, a newly recruited employee, received guidance from Master Li Hongshu, learning regulations, taking notes and quickly mastering the skills of receiving and dispatching trains. As Niu became a qualified train operator, Li also conducted rigorous on-site drills for various scenarios.
